Applications for Disney Minnie Grants, sponsored by Youth Service America and the Walt Disney Company. Grants of up to $500 each will support youth-led service projects carried out in local communities that deal with issues of disaster prevention and relief, education, environment, global citizenship, hunger, poverty, or sustainable community development. Additional information is available on YSA's Web site. Who may apply: children and youths ages 5 to 14, and teachers, older youths, and organizations that work with them.
